Dear Customers and Stakeholders,

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, I first and foremost hope you, your family and loved ones are safe and healthy. We want to keep you informed about TC Energy's operations during this unprecedented time.

Our business continuity plan is proactive and adapting as needed to provide safe and reliable operations throughout our network. Our employees are committed to continuing their outstanding performance during this time.

We implemented comprehensive policies and protocols throughout our business to help mitigate the spread of the virus. At this time, only employees who are critical to the safe and reliable operations of our assets, and who must maintain a physical presence to perform their job functions, have been permitted to work in our offices and field operating facilities. Our business continuity plans are specific to various sites and regions across our U.S. Natural Gas system as the capabilities and needs of the business vary.

Gas Control
As always, our East and West gas control backup centers are prepared and fully equipped to operate our U.S. Natural Gas pipeline system. We have the necessary plans in place to utilize our two primary and three backup control centers in order to practice safe social distancing and maximize isolation among our controllers.

Commercial Support
Critical staff who support our customers (Credit, Contracts, Billing, Nominations & Allocations, Volume Planning, Data Integrity, Operations Planning, Customer Solutions) are working remotely, and no interruptions have been reported.

Field Operations
We developed and implemented extensive programs to protect our worksites and personnel at those sites. As part of our business continuity and resumption emergency preparedness planning, we have implemented the following procedures:

Ongoing employee health screenings
Social distancing practices where possible (staggering shifts to reduce group interactions)
Implemented training and communication programs to support awareness, personal hygiene and fit-for-work/sick policies
Continued use of personal protective equipment as part of our ongoing health and safety job site program
Enhanced cleaning of facilities and personal hygiene practices

Were also actively monitoring our suppliers' situations, especially for critical parts and services. We havent experienced any delays or problems because of COVID-19 to date. Our project delivery and operations leaders continue to review and adjust work to ensure we will be able to meet future demands following the crisis.

We deliver the energy people need, every day and our purpose is more important than ever. I want to thank all our employees especially those in essential roles who continue working to deliver critical services to millions of people. For this, we all are grateful.

I thank you for your continued confidence in us. If you have any questions, concerns or experience any disruptions to service, please dont hesitate to reach out to our Executive Team, your Marketing or Customer Service Representative.

Take care and stay safe,

Stan Chapman
